This site contains all the information I can find about a circle of bands from New York.
For omissions/additional info/fixes in any of the text I've gathered up for this site, or if you have better/additional pictures, please, DO email me: gza@crackrocksteady.info
I strive to host as correct information as possible about these people's fantastic art, but have no actual affiliation with any of them, so there's no use in emailing me about that.
Webmasters, feel free to replicate this site in part or whole without asking.
Every bit of this site was written by hand in a text editor.
Site style inspired by gnrinfo.info with the ideal comprehensiveness of Toolshed.down.net.

  • Create a site-map
  • Create a Crack City/Steady Rockers section with individuals' details/bios/etc
  • Offer free email addresses to whoever wants them
  • Create the rest (the majority) of available comprehensive live sections for each band detailing all known live shows

August 25st 2006: First update in quite a while. Finally got my email working and sorted out a bunch of other shit. I've started teaching myself some php so the live pages will look good and uniform and way easier to manage. The end game would be every page moving to php but we'll see. Email is coming soon. Added pictures/info to pretty much every 7 inch record. Thanks to everyone who contributed.
June 21st 2006: Updated the Leftöver Crack page with new/updated tour dates/details. Added pictures from the CV TSP show.

March 23rd 2006: A couple LöC shows' details were updated and an interview was added. Added pictures to the March 17th gig from the CRS7 Mexico myspace.

March 3rd 2006: Updated the Choking Victim pages with lots of new pictures of vinyl/CD/Cassette thanks to site contributors! Same story on the INDK pages. Also updated LöC tour dates.
February 19th 2006: Updated the Crack Rock Steady Seven page with Crack Rocksteady Seven Mexico dates. Updated the LöC page with a bunch of old interviews.
February 16th 2006: Added the lyrics for the songs on INDK's In Decay 7".
February 5th 2006: Added more info to the main page on the LöC/MG vinyl release. Made a few lyrics corrections to some LöC songs.
January 13th 2006: Updated the main page to display the upcoming LöC/MG vinyl teaser release coming out on Blacknoise. Changed various tiny details throughout the site. Recently altered the site's logo. I think this one's a keeper.
December 23rd 2005: Added a new interview in the LöC section. Recently added tour dates in CV and LöC sections.
October 30th 2005: Finally updated the Rock the 40 Oz: Reloaded lyrics. Made a few detail changes in various sections.
October 17th 2005: Finally updated the Kill Whitey! page. Made a few detail changes in various sections.
August 27th 2005: Made list of upcoming live dates in CRS7, LöC, and CV sections. Also registered crackrocksteady.com which now resolves to this site as well.

August  6th 2005: Updated Tha Suicide Singles page and some lyrics. Finished Rock the 40 Oz lyrics.
July 24th 2005: The Mediocre Generica lyrics are all done. Some Rock the 40 Oz: Reloaded lyrics are done too.
July 18th 2005: Updated the Links Page and the FAQ. Added a TO DO list on top of the -UPDATES- on this page.
July 13th 2005: Registered crackrocksteady.info as a domain name, finally at a non-shitty registrar. Acquired hosting. Added an FAQ page that barely has any anticipated FAQs.
July  5th 2005: All the Choking Victim lyrics are done. Registered crackrocksteady.info as a domain name at another registrar only to have the money returned and domain cancelled again.
July  3rd 2005: Updated a lot of Choking Victim lyrics. All of the Crack Rock Steady EP, Squatta's Paradise, and the CD combo of the two are done. Some of the Crack Rock Steady Demo and No Gods / No Managers are started.
July  1st 2005: Registrar returns my money and cancels the domain name (proably due to false-positive alarms for credit card fraud).
June 30th 2005: Registered crackrocksteady.info as a domain name.
June 14th 2005: Updated more Morning Glory lyrics. All of This is No Time ta Sleep and Tha Suicide Singles are done.
June  1st 2005: Updated more Morning Glory lyrics. All of The Whole World is Watching is done.
May 14th 2005: Updated some Morning Glory lyrics and created the INDK pages.
May 12th 2005: Scanned about 25 pictures and made minor changes/updates on pages of all bands.
May  2nd 2005: The Morning Glory pages are just about as done as they're going to get (haven't started lyrics yet though).
April 23rd 2005: I've done everything I intend to do for any CRS7 pages. Fuck World Trade is complete, too. The rest of the LöC pages are next on the to-do list.
April  3rd 2005: I begin work on the page.
April  1st 2005: I wonder why there's no fansites and rekon I should make a page that has lots of info about Team Crack.
